- IENE Members: 400€+24% VAT (496€)
- Non IENE Members: 550€+24%VAT (682€)
Early Bird Registration
For registrations to be paid by October 8 there is a discount of 20%. For IENE Members the discounted registration fee is €396,80 and for Non Members €545,60. Both of these prices include VAT.
Filling out the Participation Form
In order to participate in the Conference, it is necessary to complete the Registration Form and send it no later than October 29, 2026 (via mail) to the Institute's offices. The Registration Form can also be completed via the websites www.iene.gr or www.iene.eu. For registrations that will be submitted after November 5th participants must check by e-mail for availability of places.
Group Participation
In case of group participation, only the name of the organization or company and the number of people who will participate in the Conference must be completed. Separately, a list with the full names and designations of the people who will participate in the conference should be sent to the IENE by October 26, latest.
Please none that no discounts apply for group registrations.
Cancellation of Participation
Cancellations are accepted until 20/10/2026 with full refund of the registration fee paid. In case of cancellation after the above date, no money will be refunded.
If a registered participant is unable to attend, he or she can transfer it to another person in his or her company or organisation.
